Elizabeth Barrera, Realtor
elizabeth@kingwmrealty.com
Before joining King William Realty in 2013, Elizabeth Barrera Lutz worked for the Vidorra downtown condominium development from its construction phase in 2008 through 2012. It was there that Elizabeth acquired her real estate license and experience in sales as well as real estate development. Having taken courses in architecture, Elizabeth’s true passion for
historical and contemporary residential design proved to be a key attribute when listing single- family homes for King William Realty. Since 2013, Elizabeth has worked alongside Steve Yndo, Broker/developer, marketing his urban infill developments but primarily specializing as a listing agent in the King William & Lavaca Historic Districts, Downtown and the immediate surrounding areas. Elizabeth is proud to say, and thankful to her many clients, that the majority of her business is referral- based. Elizabeth has been endearingly referred to as “Queen Elizabeth Of King William” by fellow Realtors. Elizabeth lives in King William with her husband, Gino Lutz, and their two children.
