Stacy Yndo

Stacy Yndo was raised in San Antonio and attended Mary Baldwin College after graduating from Alamo Heights High School. Stacy Yndo joined King William Realty in 2001 before taking time off for her children in 2004. She then rejoined the firm as a principal and managing agent in 2009. Stacy specializes in the marketing and sales of single family homes, with a focus on the historic districts of San Antonio and the mid city communities of Alamo Heights, Olmos Park and Terrell Hills. In addition, during her career, Stacy has been involved in numerous renovation and restoration projects of her own and on behalf of her clients, gaining notoriety for her interior design work and staging of homes for sale. Her work has been featured in several publications as well as on HGTV Homes Across America program. Stacy and her husband are active supporters of the local contemporary arts and Stacy served for many years on the board of the Blue Star Contemporary Art Space.

Christen E. Cozart

Christen E. Cozart is a San Antonio native raised in King William. She is a 2004 graduate of Incarnate Word High School and 2008 graduate of Texas Tech University. Christen Cozart joined King William Realty as a part time receptionist in 2002 before taking time off to attend college in 2004. She has recently rejoined the firm as an assistant to Stacy Yndo in 2011.

Jody Browne

A native of San Antonio, Jody Browne graduated from Alamo Heights High School and went on to earn a BA in English from Tulane University. After a successful career in advertising sales, Browne returned to her home town and has been a licensed realtor for over ten years specializing in the historic neighborhoods of San Antonio. Also a seasoned home renovator, Jody is passionate about the restoration and preservation of historic properties. She has served on the board of Blue Star Contemporary Art Center and is a member of the board of directors for Attic Rep, a professional theatre company in residence at Trinity University. Jody currently lives in King William with her husband and 16 year old son.

Steve Yndo has lived and/or worked in the King William area since 1983. He has been involved in commercial and investment real estate since 1985 and holds designations as both a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). His experience also includes numerous commercial re-hab and conversion projects in the central city including the King William Lofts and the St. Benedict's mixed use development in King William. He has served as a broker for King William Realty, a firm founded by his mother Betty Yndo, since the late 80's and became a principal in the firm in 2009. He is also a past President of the King William Association and the Southtown Mainstreet Alliance.
